The heart of 60W Soldering iron i.e. the Heating element, is filled with high quality mica. The mica inside the 60 watt soldering iron insulates heat effectively and transfers it continuously for providing exceptional performance during long working hours.

Soldering iron 60 watt attains working temperature within minutes after being plugged in. The Heat transfer is even more effective once the temperature is attained for working and soldering joints. The heat produced is sufficient to melt the solder wire and solder components on the PCB board etc.
